2025년 4월 25일(금) 서울 LW 컨벤션 센터 아침 10시 20분 기차를 타고 여수 엑스포역에서 서울역으로 가는 기차에 몸을 실었다. 작년 12월 국제개발협력학회 이후 약 5개월만에 참석하는 학회라 약간 들뜬 감이 없지 않았던거 같다. 오후 1시 반쯤 서울역에 도착해서 도시남자 처럼 롯데리아에 가서 햄버거 세트로 간단히 요기하고 2시10분에 예정된 제3회의 제1분과 <해양안보의 불확실성 확산과 대응 정책>…
